Each spring youngsters who are intrigued by fire trucks and fireman get a hands on experience at the Alpha Fire Company open house.  There are some fun activities, like dunk the fireman… with a fire hose! Then learning activities to promote fire safety, like teaching young ones how to crawl out of a house that may have smoke.  There were even learning activities for adults with sprinkler demonstrations.
