This afternoon the crowds filled into the Bryce Jordan Center to see the men’s basketball team play their last home game of the season. In addition to the action of the game it was Team Ream Day. Brandon Ream was a State College native, Penn State football alum and fan of all Nittany Lion sports. He passed away in November after a battle with cancer so the basketball team took time to honor him and help raise awareness for a fund the family is organizing. After the game Wisconsin’s coach greeted the family and BMXers entertained the crowd.
After a 17 years Penn State men’s basketball returned to Rec hall today for a game against Princeton. The sold out crowd was full of energy as Penn State led in the first half.
